problem with search - 2007/11/05 16:28
I am using the joomla search with the remository search bot. When I installed remosef I could not search for a two word string. I could search for a one word string like 'thin' this generated the following url in the address bar
http://www.mydomain.com/component/option,com_search/searchword,thin/
and it worked fine.
However when I searched for a two string search like 'thin wall' this generated the following url in the address bar and I got a page error
http://www.mydomain.com/component/option,com_search/searchword,thin%
252525252525252525252525252525252525252Bwall/
When I uninstalled remosef everything worked normally again but I am search engine UNfriendly. Any ideas anyone?

Well I managed to resolve this my self by purchasing the SEF Advance component which works very well with remository and many other components too. Its not too expensive either
