Re:Convert pre 3.2 Database - 2007/02/20 15:12 If the file moves failed, there is almost certainly a mismatch between your live site and the URLs stored against your files.

Reinstall 3.09 and you should find all your files are still there. Check that the URL in each file record in the database is correct and matches the live site (look in the admin configuration to find out your live site, or in configuration.php).
