Log user IP for new glossary entries - 2006/12/14 12:07 I would like to see a security feature in the backend where the IP address of the person who submitted a new glossary entry is logged.

I feel this would be a very important security feature if one is having problems with spammers and you need to ban their IP address to block them from further vandalising of your site.

This would also mean that only registered users can post new entries, but I think that most site admin would probably prefer that anonymous users cannot submit content anyway.
