Unable to download file - 2006/10/13 16:17 Hi!

I'm a Joomla's user, and i'm using Repository 3.26 in my site.

My problem is: after the upload by user the same user is not able to donload file because the system give an error like file not found.

But if i look by ftp in the download directory the file is uploaded correctly.

The setup is set with Enable_User_Autoapp in on mode.

Can you help me please? I don't know how overtake the problem!

Thanks indeed.

Re:Unable to download file - 2006/10/13 18:21 Please could you provide more information or a link to your site and a login (if required to download files)?

Does the user see the new file? Can they attempt a download? Exactly what message do they get?

Re:Unable to download file - 2006/10/15 09:46 I can't see why this is happening. If you'd like to grant me temporary super admin access to your site, I'll investigate further. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint

Re:Unable to download file - 2006/10/16 10:21 In the Remository configuration, the "downloads" and "uploads" directories need full absolute paths. Downloads are working now Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint
