Problem wiht Hotlinking on Downloads - 2008/11/10 10:20 Hello Forum

I am German and my English ist not so good.

I have a Problem with Hotlinking to my Downloads from other Sites.

The links are from the download Button and copied in other than their own Web sites or offered downloads.

How can I prevent it? A. .htaccess file in the download folder, unfortunately, has no effect. Is there a possibility before the download for a match with the host polls the file and then released only if the request is from my own side?
