An Error Has Occurred! Unable to open config - 2008/09/07 10:45
Hi,
I move my webhost which used php4 to php5. Then I upgrade my Joomla from 1.0.11 to 1.0.15, but then as I adjust the path of the download folder in Remository configuration, when I save it, it says "An Error Has Occurred! Unable to open config file to write!". And when I test it to download files from remository, it says about the path, because it still shows the old path. But, when I check in the database (mos_download_remository) it shows the new path.
How can I address this issue?
