3.453J installation problem - 2008/10/04 20:53 I'd like to upgrade from 3.45 to 3.453J

I'm running Joomla 1.0.15

I've tried both Joomla methods :
. upload a package -> "ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package."
. Upload from a directory -> "Installation file not found:
/homez.56/psychomi/www/temp/" (I've unzipped the package and ftp-ed to this directory)

Any suggestion ?
