Description:

A consolidation release to handle some bug fixes, notably to make improvements in the groups manager.

This version is for MiaCMS, Mambo and Joomla 1.0.x

 Included bug fixes 19 September 2008 for HTML error, mail notification of uploads, user update access.

Further fix 20 September 2008 for conflict between update/delete user submission.

Fixes 24 September 2008 to support PHP4, control RSS in config, correct fault in German language file, ensure user update/delete functioning correctly.
